Before booking a trip with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing high-quality services to ensure your journey is a memorable experience.
To book a trip with Bajo Vela:
Check the availability of tours and select your desired activity.
Proceed with the booking process.
We will verify your booking and provide detailed information about your selected trip.
Once you agree to the details, you are required to make a deposit payment as follows:
30% of the total trip cost for:
Sharing Trip Komodo
Sharing Trip Flores
50% of the total trip cost for:
Private Trip Komodo
Private Boat Charter
Private Tour Flores
Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email. All bookings will be confirmed in writing by Bajo Vela, and an invoice will be issued.
We are not responsible for any incorrect information provided by customers; therefore, customers are required to review and verify the booking confirmation we send.
Customers will receive an invoice after their booking is confirmed by Bajo Vela.
Payment must be made before the due date stated on the invoice.
If the deposit is not received before the due date, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Payment of the deposit indicates that the customer has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Via Wise.com and Ali Pay (USD, Euro, CNY, IDR)

Any bank fees and currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers will receive a voucher for the booked travel services and a due date for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid at least one week before departure. For bookings made less than one month before departure, customers are required to pay the full amount no later than one day before the trip.
Customers may cancel their bookings at any time by contacting Bajo Vela.
However, the deposit or paid amount is non-refundable, unless the customer reschedules the trip within the same calendar year.
In circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions or force majeure), Bajo Vela reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips with or without prior notice.
If we cancel the trip before departure and the customer has paid in full, the customer is entitled to a 70% refund of the total amount paid.
If we cancel the trip before departure and the customer has made only a partial payment or deposit, the customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
If the trip is interrupted during its course due to uncontrollable events, Bajo Vela will replace the boat with one of equivalent class (in terms of facilities and specifications) or provide a proportional refund, calculated transparently and accountably by our management team.
All customers are required to have valid travel insurance that covers:
Medical expenses due to accidents or illness during the trip
Loss of personal belongings
Loss of trip costs due to cancellations or reductions caused by airline or hotel delays
All departure and arrival times provided by airlines are estimates and may change due to operational constraints, weather conditions, or air traffic regulations.
Bajo Vela is not responsible for changes in flight schedules or any losses incurred due to delays that result in missed flights.
We strongly recommend that customers arrive at least one day before the tour starts.
By booking with Bajo Vela, customers are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
